My sense of style is based entirely around my reluctance to do laundry.

And I maintain my figure by consuming a lot of popcorn and red wine.

I can relate. When I am out of everything but can't bring myself to drag baskets downstairs and off to the launderette, my style becomes especially eclectic. As long as my underwear is clean, I don't worry about the rest of it. And I keep my figure by mostly sticking with the coffee and Altoids diet.

I've always rather envied people that have jobs where they must wear a uniform to work. I don't covet the brown polyester slacks at Tim Hortons... but I know I would happy wearing scrubs to work (and at home) every day for the rest of my life. If I had an excuse to do so (my boss makes me) I would be so happy.

Coffee and Altoids sounds like a curiously strong (and acidic) mixture. You must have been a teacher in your previous life... ;)

It helps a lot. Especially at the end of June when I am bone tired and wondering if I should change careers.
